My experience treating depression.
From personal experience of almost a decade of moderate to heavy depression I know it’s possible to emerge from that weight and have happiness, fulfillment, and hope. As a skilled therapist I have also worked with many clients experiencing various forms of depression and mood disorders such as bi-polar disorder, borderline personality disorder, major depressive disorder, and other depressive disorders. Depression isn't a one-size-fits-all condition; it manifests differently for each person, influenced by their experiences, genetics, and environment.
