Fees are collected at the time of service. Due to telehealth sessions, forms of accepted payment include HSA debit card, debit card or credit card.

Out of network with all other insurance companies.

I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit for reimbursement to your health insurance company. Please contact your insurance company to understand the policy for out of network benefits.
